Firmware Version: NOT SURE
I have a Virgin Hub 3.0 and a brand new AV1300 TP link POWERLINE extender. I have paired the two devices in my living room, but when taking the extender to the garden room, it has no connection. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi

 

May I know if the Powerline light (like a house icon) goes out after moving one of the adapters to the garden? If it is off, it means that the power line signal was not successfully transmitted. You may need to check whether the garden and living room are on the same power line circuit.
