It seems that the QOS feature is throttling internet speed. 

 

I have a 150 Mbps connection, which is being throttled to 100 Mbps.

 

After switching my network to access point mode, I get the full 150 Mbps speed.

@VS228 If it isn't much trouble, keep it in AP mode

Did it help improve the internet speed if we set the QOS to 200m/s upload/download when Deco M4 is on wireless router mode?

Actually I think it might be the Ethernet link speed between main Deco and ISP modem rather than QOS that has throttled Internet Speed.

 

If possible, it is also suggested to switch a new cable and connect the ISP modem to another Ethernet port on the Deco M4.

Yesterday
QOS was set to 1000 Mbps. Change to 200 Mbps didn't change the speed test.
