Firmware Version: 1.5.3

Hi! I've got 4 Deco X60 that has been working great for some years now. Still working and I can connect via Browser. But the app is cleared out, as if I have never set anything up, asking me for what devices I have. Anyone knows why this is happening? Has tp-link changed something with the accounts?

This issue is a bit unusual, so we might need to gather some information:
1. It is recommended that you provide a screenshot of the APP home page. Is the error reported on the APP couldn't find Deco or lets begin?
2. What is the color of the main Deco light?
3. Since this problem is related to the APP, it is recommended that you refer to the following link to send us the APP Log:

  @Joseph-TP Thank you but... O no, I'm terrible sorry, my fault! Somehow I've got two logins and have used an older email when setting this up years ago. Once again, sorry!

So no problem with the app, just my memory, case closed.

 

(The support steps in the app was good, helped me on the right track).
