Hi All,

 

Please note: Archer A5 is NOT the model of this modem. It is an AX5400/VX420-G2h. The forum does not contain these model numbers and doesn't allow posting without a model number. 

 

Our ISP-supplied modem works well enough for our needs, however I find the web interface is often unresponsive, meaning no response from http:// or https:// direct to its IP address. Also unable to access using known TP-Link URLs.

 

The interface is accessible again after router reboot, but within 24 hours or less, it is inaccessible again. 

 

Any clues or known issues? I will be following up with the ISP.

The reason you can find this model is that it's targeting ISPs and its firmware is not supported by the community.

You should follow up with your ISP regarding this issue and ask them for assistance.
