NX510v Telephony port not working
Device is a new NX510v
I connected a telephone device Panasonic KX-TS560EX but it does not seam to work.
Same setup works on my DSL router

If your VoIP phone is not working, please follow the steps below:
1. Verify that your VoIP settings are correct on the phone system.
2. Disable SIP ALG. You may go to APP > More > Advanced > NAT Forwarding > ALG, disable the "SIP ALG" and save the settings.
If the above method does not solve the problem, it is recommended that you contact the internet service provider to check the settings, because the NX510v is a customized model provided by the internet service provider and may have some special settings.
