Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm whether you plugged the Wi-Fi 7 LAN card into a computer? Can you share the model and OS of the computer? And is there any error message showing on the PC?

How many clients do you have?  Except the LAN card, do you have any other wired devices?

And what is the frequency of disconnection and reconnection?

Thanks for your further sharing.

  @Marvin_S

The LAN card is properly plugged into the computer.

The computer is an AMD system and is using Windows 11 24h2.

There is no error message displayed on the computer.

There are about 15 clients, and in addition to the wireless LAN card, computers, televisions, sound bars, and NAS are connected by wire.

Disconnection occurs continuously when using a computer equipped with an ncm865 Wi-Fi 7 card.After disconnecting, it will reconnect again about 3 minutes later.

I purchased a BE550 and it was terible drop outs speed loss just not good, we run 1000/50 and the older wifi6e was great..

I threw out the box so stuck with it, took a BIG risk and got the BE19000 archer 800 and its so much better and just works. Wish i could refund the poor quality BE 550 router...

@Wif1PRO Sorry to hear that your experience with the BE550 is not good. Would you like to investigate the issue you encountered with the BE550 further with our support engineers? If yes, can you please provide more details about the issue?

1. What is the firmware version of the BE550 you're using?

2. When the connection drops, what is the LED status on the router?

3. How many devices are connected to the router, wired and wireless? Are they all dropping out at the same time?
