@Sxon also bugged on the BE550 aswell must be the tether app

Hi，thanks for posting question here.
You may try to run speedtest or download large files on the client device, then check if the Real-time Rate of that device will change or not.
By the way, the Real-time Rate means the real time speed at that moment and it is not actual internet speed.
If you enable Device Isolation Option, please turn if off then check Real-time Rate again.
