Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 20240322 
Hi, I have a mesh system consisting of:

3 XE75Pro(3.0) and 2 BE65

Unfortunately, when I connect the BE65 to the XE75Pro, my Samsung Galaxy S24 causes the entire system to reboot. Is there a beta firmware that can fix this annoying system?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Did it only happen when the Samsung Galaxy S24 connects to the 6GHz Network or MLO(6GHz) network of the new mixed Mesh system?

-If the Samsung Galaxy S24 is on 5GHz, will the rebooting issue start again?

Update:

For the randomly restarting issue after Samsung S24 Ultra connects to Deco BE65/BE63, please try to install the beta firmware:

Deco BE65/63 V1 1.0.9_build_20240717_Beta  (updated date-2024.9.13)

 

Please leave me a message if the beta firmware doesn't help.
