m7010 - Will this work in the USA?

I'm due to travel from the UK to the USA and need a portable WiFi unit to share the internet with family on the go. I'm thinking of buying the TP-Link M7010 or M7000, but can't get a convincing answer on whether it will work in the USA.
The TP Link website[1] suggests the M7010 supports 4G bands : 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 38, 40, 41
It looks like the USA use the following 4G bands[2] (depending on the carrier): 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 17, 25, 26, 29, 30, 41, 46, 48, 66, 71
There looks to be only one band in common (41), so I'm wondering how reliable it will be.
Anyone have any experience on the m7010 (or M7000) in the USA?
