Hi all, after the update to the new firmware the other Deco are offline in the app but still connected one to the other. Have you the same problem? Is this a critical issue for the risk of intrusion in my network? Thank you
Hi, welcome to the community.
Do you mean that Deco APP reported the satellite Deco XE75 was offline but the LED status on the Deco XE75 is still solid green and devices can access the internet when connecting to this Deco?
If yes, could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
By the way, are the Deco XE75 units wirelessly connected in the Mesh?
