Tried for seven hours watched all support videos and community support threads. Not working with Virgin media hub 4.
 

Will return and purchase a different brand if I cannot get this going in next few hours.

 

i do not know the firmware version.

 

download App on to iPhone 15 pro running latest iOS.

Hi,

 

Could you please give more details at which point in the setup procedure things don't go as expected?

 

Did your RE550 broadcast a Wi-Fi network with the name "TP-Link_Extender"?
Was your iPhone able to successfully connect to the Wi-Fi network "TP-Link_Extender"?
When the iPhone was connected to the network "TP-Link_Extender" did the Tether App you downloaded recognize the RE550?
After you logged into the RE550 with the Tether App and started searching for nearby Wi-Fi networks, was it able to find the Wi-Fi network(s) of your Virgin media hub?
After you selected the Wi-Fi network(s) of your Virgin media hub and entered its correct password, were you able to go through the remaining steps of the setup process without error? 
In case everything went successful up to this point, did the iPhone now find a new Wi-Fi network with a name in the format "[name of the Virgin media hub's network]_EXT"?
