Model: RE550
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.20

I connected my RE550 to my network and have set it up as Access Point. After connecting my RE550, I started to get packet loss. Packet loss goes away when I remove the extender from my network.

I have turned DHCP off and also set IP Address to static, but still no improvements.

I have tried connecting my RE215 on access point mode and I did not receive the same issue, hence issue must be on RE550

  @Harthos

Hi,

How did you test the packet loss? Can you provide a screenshot to show it?

Besides, how long is the Ethernet cable that you use to connect the RE and the router?
