Can tapo bulbs be used offline on timers and automations with the tapo hub?

Hello there, I used kasa a long while ago (around in 2017) and I'm looking into buying the newer tapo lights, smart plugs, sensors etc. I was wondering, can tapo bulbs be controlled without wifi by being connected to the tapo hub. So I could run automations I made on the app possibly offline if my internet went out?
Is this possible?
Cheers,
Jack

Currently, Tapo bulb devices are all Wi-Fi devices and do not require a hub for connectivity.
- In the case of an internet outage, the local smart feature via the H100 allows automation between devices such as bulbs, sensors, and plugs to continue functioning normally even without internet access. For more details, please refer to this article: What is Local Smart Action?
- In the case of a Wi-Fi outage, such as a router losing power, neither local control nor local smart features will be operational.
