Hello,

 

Struggling to get Internet using a ID Mobile SIM in France in my new M7000 Mobile router.

 

I've updated the APN settings in the router but I noticed ID Mobile don't provide settings for this router in their device list so I wondered if anybody here had any positive feedback of using a M7000 router with a ID SIM card in France?

Hi - I can't get M7000 working at all with ID Mobile (connects but no internet at home or abroad, when tried on recent holiday). Have checked APN settings etc, so any help welcomed. Thanks in advance

Hi, Have you tried to enable "Data Roaming":

 I saw someone asked the same question here:

Has your SIM card been activated via the mobile phone?

  @David-TP  Thank you for responding but having rechecked your suggestions I'm unfortunately still no further. Seems to work with anotehr SIM though.

  @Priggers  problem was ID Mobile, their SIMs don't like this route, once I swapped in a Lebara local SIM, happy days.
