Currently, there hasn't been any updated news about the Windows management tools for the Deco Mesh system.
For your case, I think you could consider our service provider products- the Agnet Mesh system:

The system can also be remotely managed via TR-069/TR-369, helping ISPs to improve the efficiency of CPE management and reduce after-sales service costs.
