After repeated speed tests, WPA3 network speed is very slow when compared to WPA2. Same location same device. Speed of WP3 is 50% of WP2 or hybrid setting WP2/WP3.

Router: Easy Mesh with 2 x Archer BE250
Client: Honor Magic 6 Pro
Tested with either 2.4Ghz or 5 Ghz or MLO

Usually the security setting will not affect the speed you get from the router.
Please make sure you have connected to the same router when testing. The speed you get from the main router may be faster than from the satellite router.
And please also share the speed test results.
easy mesh conection is automatic. i have no control over connection to main or satellite.
after several tests, the results are not consistent. maybe for mesh, client device is randomly connecting between main and satellite (but i am close to satellite). maybe wp3 is not the main factor but the mesh system is. i wish mesh AI can be smarter. not connecting the slower one.
