Add a new manager - Unable to access existing network
Hello,
I added a manager on the network. He has a valid TP-Link Id. He installed the app on his phone. But he doesn't see the existing P9 network in his app (the app ask to create a new network). How can he connect to the existing network ?

Did you add the manager account per How to add manager account of Deco?
If yes, please try to log out/into the Deco APP again.
If possible, it is also suggested to test on another mobile phone.
