Hi all i have problem  with deco x20 

i have 2 floors with 2 router for each floor so get 2 packed with 6 units and put 2x units with router A and in second  floor put the 4x units with router B the network  and ssid are different between  each floor and connected the main unit is each floor  with cable  with own router (  two Mesh networks separately with different ISPs)

my problem  is:

if i restart the main unit in floor 2  the other units  get  to factory reset with blue light any help 

sorry for my language 😅

Hi,

 

Do you mean when you reboot the main Deco on the second floor, all 6 Deco units will show a pausing blue light?

Could you please offer a picture of your network topology? 

Are the satellite Deco units connected to the main on via Ethernet cable?

no only unit in the same floor

No connected wirlees. only main deco connected  via ethernet with router
