Hello

Had a 4g/5g router installed Mercusys

using TP Deco boosters currently got 3 well one by modem one in daughters bedroom in attic & one will be going into sky box.

 

Seem to be getting ok speeds on phone / iPad etc. but my works laptop across hallway opposite daughters bedroom with booster although working fine at moment the speeds showing are very much slower. Any ideas why?

Hi, May I know the model number of the Mercusys 4G/5G routers? How about the model number of Deco as well?

Do you set Deco into Access Point mode?

How are the 3 Deco X55 boosters connected? Are they connected by WiFi backhaul only?

 

As for the speed, can you share some details about the speed test on the laptop as well as on the mobile phones?
