Deco XE75 :-(

I have several issues with my Deco XE75 v1 (non Pro) 3-unit mesh system.
(I also have a network with 2 Deco 60x and a network with 1 Deco x20)

Deco XE75 is my last purchase and I'm really disappointed, unfortunately.

I have tried almost everything (reset, etc.), but the network seems unstable, with long response times in between.

You must be almost familiar with the problem, and I hope you have a solution that I have overlooked.
I'm ready to try almost anything :-)

Hi,  A new 1.4.1 version is in the release process and it might help with the current issue.

In the meantime, I'd like to follow up on your case via email to ask the senior engineer for more advice.

Could you please also help me check the following details:

I noticed you had the Deco XE75 for a while. Did the issue start recently?

Are the two satellite Deco XE75 wirelessly connected to the main Deco XE75?

Have you noticed any Deco would turn flashing red during the disconnection?

Thank you very much and Best regards.

I have a setup with 3 Deco, 1 on each floor.

(The same as I had before with the X60 setup)

It's a problem that has been with all versions of the firmware.

I have a Wifi network 5Ghz and an IoT network at 2.4Ghz. It's my default network playing tricks.I suspect it might be some security messing around, or DNS.

I have tested back and forth and have not been able to resolve it.

Hi, Thank you very much for the update.

I see there are ~20 online devices. Are they mainly smart IOT devices?

- several users reported before the 2.4GHz IOT network sometimes would affect the network stability. You could try to disable the IOT Network, then enable 2.4GHz on the Main network and connect the IOT devices also to the Main network.

By the way, can you share more details of "the network seems unstable, with long response times in between"?

- What are the model numbers of the devices that dropped out frequently? Would a restart of Deco restore the internet connection temporarily?

Could you please also help me save a copy of the system log from the web interface:

How to log into the web-based interface of my Deco

Moreover, did you receive my email? You could update the email with the system log so that I can forward your case to the engineer later for further assistance.

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hello
It is not devices on the IoT network that are teasing (runs only 2,4 Ghz).

There is on my primary wireless that is teasing. (This network only runs 5Ghz).

It is not my impression that devices fall off the network, it is more like they hang for example 20 seconds in between.

It is not so easy to switch all IoT devices to the primary network as they have different SSID.
And precisely the solution with an IoT network was the reason why I switched to the EX75 from the X60

Ps I have sent you a log file
