Can anyone help with phone handset connected to my Deco X80-5G please?

I have a Lebara UK sim installed and I want to use my BT4600 handsets to make and recieve phone calls. For some reason sometimes they work and sometimes they dont. Does anyone know if I need to change any settings on the handset (cant find anything in the manual) or could it be a compatabiltity issue?

Hi, Did you insert a 4G/LTE sim card into Deco X80-5G?

I saw Lebara UK mainly mentioned Voice over LTE service, not 5G NR.

Have you tried to set the network mode on Deco X80-5G to "4G only"?

 

By the way, when the phone calls stopped working, how about the internet service on Deco X80-5G? Is the LED still solid green and internet service working well?

Hi David,

Thanks for your reply. I cant get 5G at the moment so its running 4G+. I will try selecting "4G only" and see if that cures it. When the phones not working the internet is fine solid green light.

Hi David,

Just a quick update.

I've been running the phone on 4G only and it seems ok at this time. I'll keep an eye on it hopefully it will be ok but if not I will probably try a new set of phones as these are a few years old now.
