Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I had NBN FTTP installed today. When I came to get the VR2800 working, it started to power up, got as far as WiFi 5G then turned off. The power to the house was switched off for a few minutes, during the installation of the NTD. I've tried several resets, to no avail. What's going on!?

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

Not sure whether the router was broken during installation when your house was switched off power.

After factory reset, if the WiFi LED is off, please try to press the Wi-Fi ON/OFF button.

Or you may share a short video to show the current problem when powering on the DSL modem router.
