I have a Deco BE65-5G.
The mobile Internet is stable at 200-300 mbps, ping 12-13. Connection via cable works very well, I can even play fps games. The connection is actually also good via WiFi, streaming works without any problems.
However, when I make a phone call with WiFi via Whatsapp or Teams, the call is always choppy. The same problem when I activate VoWi-Fi on the phone. I can't understand the other person I'm talking to. I then have to deactivate WiFi on my phone to make it work.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

By the way. may I know who is your SIM carrier?

When you make a phone call, have you noticed any change to the LED lights on the Deco BE65-5G, such as turning from solid white(5G) to solid green(4G)?

I have not noticed any change in the LED lights. But I think it's very unlikely, as I have stable 5G here.
My provider is Deutsche Telekom.
