Model: TL-WN723N
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Latest

In order to use the driver utility first install it... it will fail.

Don't worry enable everything from settings-> privacy. Allow everything. It will ask twice. It will fail still.

Extract the .pkg (unarvhiver) -> go inside it -> find Utility.pkg -> Extract that -> go inside it -> get StatusBarApp -> Copy it to Applications...

Everytime you restart your device, you open Status Bar App from applications.

Hi, the driver of the TP-Link wireless adapter is up to Mac OS 10.15. There isn't a newer driver for Mac OS 11.x.

Apple introduced significant changes in the new version that impose further restrictions on third-party software compatibility with Mac OS. Due to these restrictions, it is very likely that the wireless adapter may not function on the new Mac OS. I'm afraid you might need to consider switching to another wireless adapter.

Thank you very much and best regards.
