Hardware Version: V16
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

My Alexa cant find deco wifi. Other devices are connected fine. 

I tried connecting Alexa to my phone hotspot and it worked.

Hi,If we enable the Guest network for 2.4GHz with a different SSID and a simple password(for example with numbers only), will Alexa be able to detect the Guest network?

It is also suggested to refer to the following post:

  @David-TP Thanks for your response. This was working fine and stopped working. All username and passwords are same.
