Model: Archer BE800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 20240528 rel.49883(4555)

I have had a problem with this router since I purchased it.

The problem is, after around 30 days of uptime, all my 2.4ghz devices disconnect from the WiFi and I am unable to reconnect them, even though it is showing that the 2.4ghz wifi is available to connect to. When I try and connect it says couldn't connect to network. I am on the newest firmware version but it has done it on every firmware version. When the 2.4ghz devices are connected it works perfectly.

The only way to rectify this is to power cycle the router, but it only works for around 30 days and it does the exact same thing again.

Please see some pictures that I have posted.

Hi

It is suggested that you refer to the following link to enter the management interface of Archer BE800, and go to Advanced > System > Reboot > reboot schedule to enable it.
How to login the Web UI of wireless router
Then go to Advanced>Wireless>Wireless Settings to change the channel and channel bandwidth of 2.4G. For 2.4GHz, channels 1, 6 and 11 are generally best. You may change 2.4G channel width to 20MHZ.
