Parental control - Time logged against blocked site
Hi TP Community
I have snapchat blocked on my daugters Chrombook parental controls
Why do I see time logged on history against blocked site please ?

Hi, welcome to the community.
Since your current firmware is 2.0.6, is your Deco X20 provided by the internet service provider?
Have you manually tested whether the Chromebook could access Snapchat?
The current Parental control web filters only work for IPV4 traffic. Please try to disable "IPV6" under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection if it is not needed.
By the way, Did the reported issue start recently?

@David-TP Thanks for reply, yes Voda / One provided, yes tested at home blocked had thouts of it logs when not on home network but doesn't make sense as not via Deco, not sure ifr recent thing just a parniod dad moment due to other activity
