hello, i am just new to TP Link devices, I just bought this 4g lte router last August 12, 2024. 

 

one thing i noticed is that, whenever i am in 4g LTE mode, i cannot access speedtest.net.

 

but whenever i am on 3g network I was able to access Speedtest.net, what might you think be the problem on my router.

 

my unit is tp-link TL-MR105

Hi

 

Can the device access other websites normally when the router is in 4G mode? If that doesn't work, it is recommended that you insert the SIN card into your phone to share the hotspot with other devices to connect and test whether other devices can access the website normally.

  @Joseph-TP yes, it was working well withmy phone when it is un hotspot mode, i can access everything, but when im using the tplink router, i cannot access speedtest.net nor skype while on 4g.
