I log into my Deco app using an email address. I no longer have that email address. How can I change that without losing all the data and my Deco?

There are usually two methods to change the owner account:
1. If you can still use your old email address to log in to Deco APP, you can refer to the following link to go to the APP to change:

2. If you can no longer log in to the APP using your old email address, the only way is to reset Deco and reconfigure it. Just a gentle reminder that resetting the Deco will result in the loss of previous Internet data and the system being restored to its initial state.
