Hi. I recently bought TP link range extender AC750 (RE 200) model. However, I am not able to access some webpages, esp. related to microsoft. My outlook is also not getting refreshed due to these issues.

 

Below are the steps already taken:

1. I have done a hard reset of the extender and reconfigured the networks

2. Changed the Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary to 8.8.4.4 as suggested by TP link call center

 

Moreover, I am not able to access tplinkrepeater.net page in my laptop. Tried deleting cache and history but to no avail. Not opening even in incognito mode.

 

The issue was momentarily resolved after doing a firmware update yesterday but it has resurfaced today. Pls help.

 

P.S: All websites are opening on mobile. This issue is specific to laptop.

Hi

 

If you have software such as VPN installed on your laptop, it is recommended that you uninstall the software first.
At the same time, you could check whether those websites can be accessed if the laptop is connected to the router's Wi-Fi.
If possible, please provide a screenshot of the error message indicating that tplinkrepeater.net cannot be accessed.
