I have 3 Deco P7s. They were working pretty well in router mode. The backhaul was connecting via powerline because they don't have a great wireless connection due to the thick masonry walls in the house. I didn't have a way to run ethernet so that I why I chose these units some years ago.

I have new internet service and wanted to use that router due to some of the features it has vs the P7, so I changed my P7 to access point mode. Now it no longer connects via powerline. Is something wrong with my configuration, or is this to be expected?
