Unable to Access certain websites in 4g Connection
Hello First of all, my device is MR105, it is not on the list so i just selected MR100.
My inquiry is this, whenever i am in 4g LTE connection, i cannot access certain websites and apps on my pc and phone. specially skype and speedtest.net. However whenever i switched to 3g connection it all works like a charm and i can access it all. Could you please tell me what might be the problem on the router?
already tried restarting rhe router.
tried entering 8.8.8.8 as primary DNS and 8.8.4.4. as secondary but still not working.

Hi, it got fixed, i just received a firmware update just this morning from 1.4 to 1.6 and now i can now access everything, thank you so much for the assistance.

Did your check whether the sim card can work properly on your smartphone?
It seems that your firmware is not the latest. If it is EU version, it is suggested to check the latest firmware on our official website and upgrade it.

@Marvin_S mine is EU version. I always check the firmware version using the tether app but it always tells me that i already have the latest firmware, is there a way to see if there is an update on my firmware?

Sorry, I can not see your screenshot.
According to the firmware(1.4.0.0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 240301 Rel 35030n) you provided, it is not the latest. Is it the one on the Web UI of your router.
What I shared is our global official website, not your local one. So can you check it again?
