Hello

I have been trying to install my nordvpn into my deco x20 without any luck. I have followed all instructions suggested and at the final stage when I uploaded the configuration, the status never goes to connected... It's always saying "connecting".

Currently I have my decos as router and it's directly connected to the ISP modem, could it be that the issue? Some sort of bad configuration between them?

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is very likely that you might use the incorrect NordVPN service name and password, which is not the NordVPN account credentials.

Did you use the "Service Credentials" in the following page?

Thanks for the help, I was using the standard deco x20 nordvpn wizard configuration and it was asking just for the token, somehow it was not working with the nordvpn token, I might missed something.

Fortunately after your feedback I was able to retry but now instead of the standard nordvpn configuration that comes in the setup, I added the VPN with personalize and used the user and pass as you described and now is working and it connected.

Unfortunately I see some issues after that… the VPN connection is very laggy, slow and the all network from deco x20 router became unstable not sure why… even for devices that are not connect to the VPN. 
Is this some sort of bug?
