Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Deco X50-5G(EU)_V1.1.5 Build 20240419

I bought this Deco X50-5G last week,

already put SIM card inside,

typed in appropriate APN,for my company's MVPN.

can see the right IP: 10.252.1.11 at the System Log, but the IP cannot bring to the interface,

daemon.err nrd[11847]: wlanifMapToBandwidth: Invalid bandwidth from driver: 3

user.err : get if addr failed, rc = -1

I use another band brouter such as ZTE MC801A, which is normal, get get the IP in WAN interface and do not have this problem.

Please help me, thanks!

below is the system log from Deco_X50-5G:

  @Benny_Fok

Hi, May I know your SIM service provider?

Have you tried to use the auto-sync APN settings, instead of manually adding the APN profile?

By the way, in the attached logs, Deco X50-5G was indeed online for a short time. So I wonder whether the ipV4 address on the web UI was always 0.0.0.0(LED was solid red, never connected to the mobile internet) or the Deco X50-5G would frequently drop out,then its LED would turn red and IPv4 became 0.0.0.0?

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Re:CANNOT GET IP to WAN interface

  @David-TP

The service provider is CSL

because my manual APN is a special service that can connect to my company internal network.

in this SIM card use auto APN also cannot get any WAN IP

I use another band router ZTE MC801A do not have this problem. can also use manual APN

Hi, Thank you very much for the quick reply.

I might need to follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for more advice.

Please check whether you have received my email.

Thanks again and best regards.
