I forgot my password. How to operate

Do you mean wifi password?
-If yes, you could still open the Deco APP via mobile data, then go to WiFi settings to check the wireless password.
If you refer to the Deco APP email login password, on the APP log-in page, you could click "Forget password" to retrieve the email password.
