Hello,

My internert keeps cutting out on my wired and wireless devices. The router displays an orange light while the internet is out then a short while later turns green and the internet is working again. It appears to happen randomly, sometimes only occasionally, sometimes it's multiple times in a day. It's becoming quite annoying and I would like a fix for the issue.

My system log show this when it occurs:

2024-09-10 20:02:24 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN1_ON

2024-09-10 20:02:24 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN0_OFF

2024-09-10 20:02:24 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run LAN_ON

2024-09-10 20:02:19 3G4G DEBUG [1582] backup: switch network to WIRED.

2024-09-10 20:00:53 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN1_OFF

2024-09-10 20:00:53 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN0_ON

2024-09-10 20:00:53 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run LAN_ON

2024-09-10 19:42:56 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN1_ON

2024-09-10 19:42:56 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run WAN0_OFF

2024-09-10 19:42:56 Led Controller INFO [1161] Start to run LAN_ON

2024-09-10 19:42:54 3G4G DEBUG [1582] backup: switch network to WIRED.

It repeats this going back months. To avoid a wall of text I haven't included it all.

I'm not using any range extenders and my easy mesh is switched off. I don't have anything in the USB port and I'm using a Cat6 cable from my modem to router. I can provide more information if needed.

Thanks

Hi,

Please change the DNS settings on the router.

How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router and DSL modem router (New UI)

And please also use the wired device to test the internet from the front device and check if it is stable or not.

If it can get a stable connection, you can also do MAC clone on your router.

How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?
