Model: Archer A8
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Firmware Version: 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel.75032n(4555)

I am using Dyndns service and it seems to work ok but when I am going to connect my virtual server connection takes a lot of time but it finally works. Is there something I can do to find out what may be the reason for long delay during connection.

Hi,

Please use nslookup command to check how long it takes to find the domain name.

And you can provide us the results to check.

@Sunshine nslookup does not give a solution to the problem. When I connect to the home network from outside network, the response time is significantly faster compared to the situation when I connect from the home network to the home network using the DDNS service.

Are there any settings in the router that affect hairpin/loopback operation?
