Probleme routeur 5G Deco X50

Je suis novice dans la partie, pour un appartement à l'etranger je me suis installé un Deco X50 avec carte sim, tout fonctionnait correctement, je suis rentré en France et tout fonctionnait normalement à present l'application indique qu'elle ne trouve pas le Deco ! je n'ai donc plus accés à mon deco et j'ai voulu me connecter directement à http://tplinkdeco.net pour voir ce qui se passe et la impossible aussi d'acceder au serveur !!! est-ce qu'il y à que moi ou le serveur est down ?

Did you still log into the same email account that was used to set up Deco X50-5G for the first time?
Can you leave me a message with the MAC address of Deco X50-5G?

Yes, nothing has changed, it's still the same email account.
The MAC address is 98-25-4A-52-9E-DC
Everything worked well, I was even able to see my cameras remotely which are connected to the DECO 5G
Before leaving I had scheduled a restart every Monday, I hope it will restart..

Hello David,
This morning I regained access to the Deco application and I have access to my cameras.
I don't know if this is related to your intervention?
One thing is for sure is that my Deco 5G restarted automatically this morning and it works again, however I would like to know why my Deco X50 crashed? Do you know the problem?
The Firmware is 1.1.5 build 20240419 rel 73943.
