TL-MR6500v does not display telephone numbers on an external telephone display
hello.
An analog telephone with a display is connected to my MR6500v.
The phone works perfectly.
However, incoming calls are not shown on the display.
This feature works perfectly on another router.
Isn't this possible with the MR6500v?

“Support” sent me suggested solutions for the Archer routers, which of course don’t work on the MR6500v. What a poor support

What is the model of the analog phone you are using? Are you connected using the VoLTE function or the VoIP function?
By the way, when did you buy the router and when did the issue start?

it is not a telephone problem.
as i said before, the telephone works fine with another LTE router (fritzbox 6850 LTE)
Are you connected using the VoLTE function or the VoIP function?
VOLTE
using a simcard from the german provider "congstar(telekom)"
works fine with any smartphone
By the way, when did you buy the router and when did the issue start?

No.
Its a Gigaset DL 580.
DTMF?
Sorry. I dont know what this is and can not find any data/settings mentioned on the phone.
