  @David-TP Deco App is showing that my phone is still connected to Deco in the client list but i'm on 4G not WiFi my phone is Redmi Note 11 and i have reopen the Deco App and also refreshing client list but still same.

I can't find the parental control icon

Just moved house 

Need to set that up ASAP please

  @Bahia786 hi,it is suggested to check whether the Deco is working on the "wireless router"mode or "AP" mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation Mode.

  @David-TP Please check my issue also and when i go to IPTV and enable it so the app crashed.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Were you trying to say that the Deco M4 is green and working well but the beta APP still incorrectly reported "offline/disconnected"?
