Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have 2 of the AX3000 X50 wifi mesh router units in my home.  I have a barn that's about 225' from the house.  I want to be able to use the mesh wifi in the barn as I use the wifi calling between the buildings, cameras, etc.  Which of the TP link units would I need to make this work?

Thanks

Joe

Hi,

The Outdoor environment may affect the wireless signal between Deco units in your main building and the barn.

For this case, it is more recommended to connect via Ethernet cable.

And all Deco units can join Deco system to extend Deco WIFI.

Can different Deco models work together?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately connecting with an ethernet cable isn't an option here. Would another solution be possible?
