Model: XC220-G3v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 0.8.0 v6062.0 Build 230720 Rel.48094n

(Disclaimer, the router that i currently own does not appear on the model list, that's why it says Archer AX1500, but in reality the router i'm having trouble with is the XC220-G3V or Sometimes called AC1200, that's what it says on the back of it) Hello, i have a XC220-g3v router that has a connection to a TL-SG1008D switch, suddenly my router has all its Ethernet ports have max 10Mbps Link speed, but the WiFi speed seems to be working fine.

This has happened before, i contacted my ISP and after a long while they changed the router for another one of the same model, and the issue seemed resolved, now, after one month, it is happening again, sadly i've tried multiple ethernet cables, connecting only 1 device to the router and it still seems to not work. I have not touched anything related to the router or connections when the issues started happening

I honestly don't know what else to do, since i've tested in 2 pcs, with 5 different cables and the issue persists, even without having the switch connected, the Link Rate is still at 10Mbps.

I hope i can get some help with this. Thanks :D

Also, excuse my poor English as i am from Argentina but i guessed the english forums would have a bigger community.

  @Idlestark

Hi,

Based on our experience, you can first try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Reboot the router.

2. Check if you have set up any advanced settings like QoS.

3. Reset the router.

However as the model is a ISP customized model, which means they will do some customized settings on it, it is more recommended to contact the ISP to check if there is any firmware update or more troubleshooting suggestions.

  @Sunshine Thank you for answering so quickly, i've already tried doing the steps you provided, but still i havent found a solution for the problem, QoS is disabled and enabling it only lets me change the Upstream Bandwidth, so there's no point in keeping it enabled i think.

As far as ISP goes, they say that the service is running fine, which is partially true, the wifi seems to be working fine, but the ethernet ports can give only 10Mbps, and this problem occurred overnight, no tampering with any devices or such.
