I have configured port forwarding through the 192.168.0.1 admin web site. This shows no error.

The port is a simple http service that I can verify via its LAN address.

 

However I cannot access the service via the IP address shown on the admin site's Advanced/Network page.

Hi,

 

If you are trying to access your http service via the Internet, then verify that the Internet IP address you see on the Advanced/Network page is a public IP address. Only public IP addresses can be reached via the Internet.

 

The ranges below are not public IP addresses.

 

10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255
100.64.0.0 – 100.127.255.255
