when I login to Pubg with my wifi I cant login to the game and showing unable to connect to the server but when I play with other router I don't face this issue.
when I use my router I must use VPN to play pubg I don't know why but I want u guys to fix this issue soon with my router

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please check firmware update and upgrade firmware to latest.

2. Please change DNS for a try following this guide.

3. Please take port forwarding following this guide.

It is also suggested to contact local technical support if the steps above helps little.
