Unable to connect mobile devices to Wi-Fi on TP-Link TL-MR6400
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link TL-MR6400 router. My laptop connects to the Wi-Fi network without any problems, but none of my mobile devices (phones, TV) can connect. Here are the details of my setup:
- The router is configured to use a 4G SIM card (from PLAY) for internet access.
- Mobile data is enabled, and the internet works perfectly on my laptop.
- I have disabled MAC filtering, ensured that the APN settings are correct (APN: "internet", PDP Type: IPv4), and the connection status shows "Connected."
- I have tried resetting network settings on my mobile devices and TV, but they still cannot connect to Wi-Fi.
I followed advice from the TP-Link forum to create a new profile with the PDP type set to IPv4 only, but the problem persists. I also disabled WPS, but no improvement.
Could you help me identify what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?
Thank you in advance!
