Hi,

My router is in the corner of my living room and I've connected my "main" E4 node to that with ethernet.

I have 2 other E4 nodes which I've placed around my house. The 2nd E4 node gets a good signal from the main device. The 3rd E4 node is quite far away from the main node but close to the 2nd node.

The 3rd node has a very poor signal to the main node and is giving very poor download speeds. I thought with a mesh network that the 3rd node would "talk" to the main node via the 2nd node which has a great signal.

Is there anyway to get the 3rd node to connect to the main node via the 2nd node and not directly to the main node as they are quite far away from each other.

I really appreciate any help given

Thanks

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

You can try to move the middle 2nd Deco further from the main Deco, closer to the 3rd Deco.

-It would be much better if you could connect the 3rd Deco via an Ethernet cable to the 2nd node.

It is also suggested to refer to the following FAQ:

Why does the satellite Deco still keep selecting the main Deco as a signal source instead of another satellite Deco?

Best regards.
