Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

main deco connected ok to the internet.

child deco after power up and initial continuous yellow light , then it starts blinking red . Cannot reset the child deco.

I also put child deco close to the main but the red blinking light persists.

Can some help?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Did you just purchase the current Deco units?

 

"Cannot reset the child deco."

- Do you mean the LED couldn't turn flashing blue?

- Will this satellite Deco still broadcast a default SSID, such as Deco_xxxx(the last 4 letters of the MAC address)?
