Hi,
Yesterday I bought a TPLINK MR 3420 router to create wifi space through my Tata photon+ dongle . Router identifies the dongle but not able to connect to internet.
I tried many things but in vain. Could someone please help me to configure my dongle with this router?

3G/4G USB Modem: Identify successfully
Signal Strength: 0%
IP Address: 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0
Default Gateway: 0.0.0.0
DNS Server: 0.0.0.0 , 0.0.0.0
Online Time: 0 day(s) 00:00:00 Connecting...

It shows connecting but never connected.

What's the model number of your USB dongle? Is it on the router's compatibility list www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list/?model=TL-MR3420&location=1151?

there is a new. bin beta file which is not available on the site.call customer care and they will remotely upload to your device. this is what they did for me.

Are they responding to our calls, i tried 30-40 times & they hang up all the time :mad::mad::mad:.
