Constantly Dropping Client during gaming, this is very annoying.

Don't really know what is happening and what is causing this problem...

Hello @superfive, thanks for asking the community.

EB810v is a customized device specifically designed for Service Providers in the local market. We do not engage in discussions or provide technical suggestions regarding inquiries related to this particular device as its firmware might be self-designed by your ISP.

If you have inquiries regarding these customized models provided by Service Providers, we recommend contacting your dedicated technical support team, as they are best equipped to provide the necessary assistance.

Generally, when troubleshooting similar issues, we would like to ask some basic questions to understand your network layout and usage better, such as:

1. Are there any other EasyMesh routers or extenders connected to the EB810v's network? A detailed network layout would be most helpful.

2. Are these wired clients connected to the EB810v via Ethernet cable directly or are they connected to other switches or extensions?

3. Except for gaming, are other internet services working properly as expected? How much bandwidth did you pay for the internet?
