Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hi yesterday I received a Deco XE75 because I wanted to use WiFi 6E.

Before I connected it via Ethernet to my X50-5G I put the X50-5G into bridge mode, then connected via Ethernet the XE75 and set everything up perfectly.

After everything was working I realized that the X50-5G was still beaming its WiFi signal, after reading through the forum I noticed I can go into the web page and stop the WiFi on the X50-5G but it is impossible to find it, I tried running IP scanner but cannot find it, its like its completely disappeared.

Im thinking that I should have done this before putting it into bridge mode, seem a real pain to have to reset everything, is there anyway I can access the X50-5G?

Thanks

@monkeyboy72 Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

The available WiFi signal after setting Deco X50-5G to Bridge Mode is used to maintain management over Deco APP.

Currently, Deco APP is the only way to configure and manage Deco products. So even if you enable ERP mode(disable WiFi network) first, the web UI interface has no further option to set "Bridge mode".

Thanks again and best regards.
